When selling a home, there is a lot of upfront paperwork, it’s just part of the process! We'll guide you through essential forms, including the Seller's Property Condition Disclosure Statement, Lead Base Paint Disclosure (if applicable), Real Estate Relationship Disclosure, and Agency Addendum.

Offer Presentation and Consultation

Final Step
Closing Process

When a satisfactory purchase agreement is in place, the closing process begins, typically spanning 30-45 days until you receive payment. During this period, the title company will prepare an Owner’s Title Insurance Policy for the buyer's review, along with a Lender’s Policy if required.
