Your goals & preferences are at the forefront throughout the home-buying process. We'll explore potential properties based on your budget and location preferences. For a streamlined process, having pre-approval for financing is ideal, unless you're making a cash purchase.
We'll collaborate with you to schedule property viewings and accompany you during these visits. We are here to help you find the right home.
Should you express interest in a property, we'll thoroughly review the Seller's Property Condition Statement on your behalf to ensure it aligns with your expectations.
We'll conduct a comprehensive market analysis to determine the best and most competitive offer to make on the property.
With a strategy in place, we'll draft an offer to purchase. Once accepted, we may navigate through counteroffers to reach mutually agreeable terms.
The final stretch! Once a purchase agreement is signed, the closing process begins, typically taking 30-45 days. During this time, securing financing or providing proof of cash is crucial. You'll also acquire an Owner’s Title Insurance Policy and, if applicable, a Lender’s Policy.
